f. Convert emissions Method 19 F-factor concentration to lb methodology in per MMBtu emission appendix A to part rates. 60 of this chapter.

f. Convert emissions Method 19 F-factor concentration to lb methodology in per MMBtu emission appendix A to part rates. 60 of this chapter.

5. Carbon Monoxide.......... a. Select the Method 1 in appendix sampling ports A to part 60 of location and the this chapter.
