800.6 - Provisions for hearings.Opportunities will be provided for hearings prescribed or authorized by sections 7(g)(3), 7A(c)(2), 9, 10(d), and 17A(d) of the Act, and the hearings shall be conducted in accordance with the Rules of Practice Governing Formal Adjudicatory Administrative Proceedings Instituted by the Secretary under Various Statutes (7 CFR, part 1, subpart H).
