PART 71 - INSPECTION AND CERTIFICATION
71.05 - 10 - Conditions of permit.
(a) The permit will state upon its face the conditions under which it is issued and whether or not the vessel is permitted to carry freight or passengers. Passengers may not be carried if the certificate of inspection has expired, except as provided under 71.0120.
