619.705 - 4 - Reviewing the subcontracting plan.

A/SDBU shall review subcontracting plans to determine if small, small disadvantaged, women-owned small, HUBZone small, veteran-owned small, and service-disabled veteran-owned small business concerns are afforded the maximum practicable opportunity to participate as subcontractors.

A/SDBU shall recommend to the contracting officer changes needed to subcontracting plans found to be deficient.
