537.101 - Definitions.Contracts for building services means contracts for services relating to the operation and maintenance of a building (for example, janitorial; window washing; snow removal; trash removal; lawn and grounds care; inspection, maintenance and repair of fixed equipment (e.g., elevators, air-conditioning, hearing systems)) and protection or guard service.
