52.222 - 13 - Compliance with Davis - Bacon and Related Act Regulations.
As prescribed in 22.407(a), insert the following clause: Compliance With Davis-Bacon and Related Act Regulations (FEB 1988) All rulings and interpretations of the Davis-Bacon and Related Acts contained in 29 CFR parts 1, 3, and, 5 are hereby incorporated by reference in this contract.
