45.307 - 3 - Contract clause.
The contracting officer shall insert the clause at 52.24518, Special Test Equipment, in solicitations and contracts when contracting by negotiation and the contractor will acquire or fabricate special test equipent for the Government but the exact identification of the special test equipment to be acquired or fabricated is unknown.
