408.70 - Applicability; description of the remote Alaskan whole crab and crab section processing subcategory.The provisions of this subpart are applicable to discharges resulting from the processing, in remote Alaska, of dungeness, tanner, and king whole crab and crab sections. The effluent limitations contained in this subpart G are applicable to facilities not covered under subpart F of this part.
