35.1650 - 5 - Allowable costs.

  (a) The State will be paid under 35.16504 for the Federal share of all necessary costs within the scope of the approved project and determined to be allowable under 40 CFR 30.705, the provisions of this subpart, and the cooperative agreement.

  (b) Costs for restoring lakes used solely for drinking water supplies are not allowable under the Clean Lakes Program.
