3106.8 - 2 - Change of name.
A change of name of a lessee shall be reported to the proper BLM office.
Include the processing fee for name change found in the fee schedule in 3000.12 of this chapter with your notice of name change. The notice of name change shall be submitted in writing and be accompanied by a list of the serial numbers of the leases affected by the name change. If a bond(s) has been furnished, change of name may be made by surety consent or a rider to the original bond or by a replacement bond.
