302 - 15.3 - Am I eligible for payment for property management services under this part?
Yes, you are eligbile for payment for property management services when: (a) You transfer in the interest of the Government; and (b) You and/or a member(s) of your immediate family hold(s) title to a residence which you are eligible to sell at Government expense under part 30211 or part 30212 of this chapter.
