350.3 - Who is eligible for an award?

The following entities are eligible for an award under this program: (a) States.

  (b) Public or private agencies, including for-profit agencies.

  (c) Public or private organizations, including for-profit organizations.

  (d) Institutions of higher education.

  (e) Indian tribes and tribal organizations.
