270.8b - 1 - Scope of 270.8b1 to 270.8b33.
The rules contained in 270.8b1 to 270.8b33 shall govern all registration statements pursuant to section 8 of the Act (15 U.S.C. 80a8), including notifications of registration pursuant to section 8(a), and all reports pursuant to section 30(a) or (b) of the Act (15 U.S.C. 80a29(a) or (b)), including all amendments to such statements and reports, except that any provision in a form covering the same subject matter as any such rule shall be controlling.
