254.24 - What information must I include in the “Equipment inventory” appendix?

Your Equipment inventory appendix must include: (a) An inventory of spill-response materials and supplies, services, equipment, and response vessels available locally and regionally. You must identify each supplier and provide their locations and telephone numbers.

  (b) A description of the procedures for inspecting and maintaining spill-response equipment in accordance with 254.43.
