245.7310 - 3 - Liability and insurance.
When the work to be performed by the purchaser warrants, use the following: Liability and Insurance The Purchaser shall at the Purchaser's own expense purchase and maintain during the term of the contract insurance as follows: (a) Standard workers' compensation and employer's liability insurance required under State and Federal statutes. However, the Contractor may waive this requirement upon receipt of satisfactory evidence that the Purchaser is qualified as a self-insurer under applicable provisions of law.
(b) Bodily injury liability insurance in an amount not less than $300,000 for any one occurrence; and (c) Property damage liability insurance.
