242.261 - Mortgage insurance premiums?insured mortgages guaranteed in part by the Department of Health and Human Services.Where a portion of a mortgage insured under this subpart is guaranteed by the Department of Health and Human Services under title VII of the Public Health Service Act, the mortgage insurance premiums required in accordance with ? 207.252 of this chapter will be charged only on that portion of the mortgage not covered by the guarantee by HHS.
