3052.219 - 70 - Small Business subcontracting program reporting.

As prescribed in (HSAR) 48 CFR 3019.70870(a), insert the following clause: The Small Business Subcontracting Program Reporting (DEC 2003) (a) The Contractor shall submit the Summary Subcontract Report (Standard Form 295 (SF295)) to the Department of Homeland Security, Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization, Washington, DC, 20528.

(b) The Contractor shall include this clause in all subcontracts that include the clause at (FAR) 48 CFR 52.2199.
