PART 585 - PHASE - IN REPORTING REQUIREMENTS

subpart a - GENERAL

585.2 - Phase - in reports.

Each report submitted to NHTSA under this part shall: (a) Identify the manufacturer; (b) State the full name, title, and address of the official responsible for preparing the report; (c) Identify the production year being reported on; (d) Contain a statement regarding whether or not the manufacturer complied with the requirements of the Federal motor vehicle safety standard addressed by the report, for the period covered by the report, and the basis for that statement; (e) Be written in the English language; and (f) Be submitted to: Administrator, National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, 400 Seventh Street, SW., Washington, DC 20590.
