435.12 - Effluent limitations guidelines representing the degree of effluent reduction attainable by the application of the best practicable control technology currently available (BPT).

Except as provided in 40 CFR 125.3032, any existing point source subject to this subpart must achieve the following effluent limitations representing the degree of effluent reduction attainable by the application of the best practicable control technology currently available: BPT Effluent Limitations_Oil and Grease [In milligrams per liter] ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Average of values for Residual Maximum 30 chlorine Pollutant parameter waste source for any 1 consecutive minimum day days shall for any 1 not exceed day ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Produced water....................... 72 48 NA Deck drainage........................
