21.7000 - Establishment of educational assistance program.
(a) Establishment. An educational assistance program for certain veterans and servicemembers is established. (Authority: 38 U.S.C. 3001(1); Pub. L. 98525) (b) Purpose. The purpose of this program is as stated in 38 U.S.C. 3001.
