990.66 - Additional considerations.

  (a) Upon settlement of a claim, trustees should consider the following actions to facilitate implementation of restoration: (1) Establish a trustee committee and/or memorandum of understanding or other agreement to coordinate among affected trustees, as provided in 990.14(a)(3) of this part; (2) Develop more detailed workplans to implement restoration; (3) Monitor and oversee restoration; and (4) Evaluate restoration success and the need for corrective action.

  (b) The reasonable costs of such actions are included as restoration costs.
