180.284 - Zinc phosphide; tolerances for residues.
(a) General. Time-limited tolerances are established for residues of phosphine resulting from the use of the rodenticide zinc phosphide in connection with use of the pesticide under FIFRA section 18 emergency exemptions granted by EPA. The tolerances are specified in the following table. The tolerances expire on the date specified in the table.
