  (a) Area No. 1. Beginning at Ram Point on the westerly side of Mason Island at latitude 4119'44", longitude 7158'42"; thence to latitude 4119'30", longitude 7158'43"; thence to latitude 4119'36", longitude 7158'58"; thence to latitude 4119'45", longitude 7158'56"; thence to the point of beginning.

  (b) Area No. 2. Beginning at a point about 250 feet southerly of Area 1 and on line with the easterly limit of Area 1 at latitude 4119'27", longitude 7158'44"; thence to latitude 4119'19", longitude 7158'45"; thence to latitude 4119'25", longitude 7158'59"; thence to latitude 4119'33", longitude 7158'58"; thence to the point of beginning.

Note: The areas will be principally for use by yachts and other recreational craft. Temporary floats or buoys for marking anchors will be allowed. Fixed mooring piles or stakes are prohibited. All moorings shall be so placed that no vessel, when anchored, shall at any time extend beyond the limits of the areas. The anchoring of vessels and the placing of temporary moorings will be under the jurisdiction and at the discretion of the local Harbor Master.
