You should forward copies of the completed A76 Cost-Comparison studies to OMB upon request or as required by OMB Circular A11 to justify aircraft purchases and to GSA, Aircraft Management Policy Division (MTA), 1800 F Street, NW., Washington, DC 20405, upon completion of a study.
