102 - 73.150 - What is the policy for categorical space delegations?
Subject to the limitations cited in 10273.230 through 10273.240, all Federal agencies are authorized to acquire the types of space listed in 102 73.155 and, except where otherwise noted, may lease space for terms, including all options, of up to 20 years.
