PART 1019 - SMALL BUSINESS PROGRAMS
1019.202 - 70 - 4 - General policy.
(a) Eligible prime contractors, not included on the List of Parties Excluded from Federal Procurement and Nonprocurement Programs, that are approved as mentors will enter into agreements with eligible protgs.
Mentors provide appropriate developmental assistance to enhance the capabilities of protgs to perform as contractors or subcontractors.
(b) A firm's status as a protg under a Treasury contract must not have an effect on the firm's eligibility to seek other contracts or subcontracts.
