101 - 48.101 - Forfeited or voluntarily abandoned property.

Forfeited or voluntarily abandoned property, subject to the provisions of 40 U.S.C. 304(f) through m, except as otherwise indicated in this subpart 10148.1, shall be reported and handled in the same manner as excess property under subpart 10143.3.
