1.03 - 50 - Appeals from decisions or actions of the Director, Great Lakes Pilotage.

Any person directly affected by a decision or action of the Director, Great Lakes Pilotage, may make a formal appeal of that decision or action to Commandant (G-M), in accordance with the procedures contained in 1.0315 of this subpart.
